3. ORDERING PROCEDURE

If you decide to order our products, please follow the steps that the system will gradually submit to you. After inserting the product into the basket, you can continue selecting the next one or you can go to finish your order. Here we ask for your contact information and selection of the delivery and payment method. You may then double check and confirm your order.

We consider our internet presentation very clear and understandable. If you access the ordering, be sure that you really want products. Your order will be understood as mandatory and voluntary.

All prices are including VAT already. There is 10% tax for feed supplements and 20% tax for rest of products. If you have VAT number in your country, please let us know and we will arrange invoice without VAT for you.

 

4. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT METHODS

After sending your order we will contact you by e-mail for confirmation. All orders received by 12 noon (CET) will be shipped the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. We do not charge handling or other hidden fees. We offer DHL services with flat rates ( www.dhl.com )

  2. Delivery with our own transportation to your address. This service will be offered to you in the event that the volume of goods, its weight or value exceeds the normal rate. This way of transport will ensure maximum comfort.

  • Bank transfer in advance of shipping ( Proforma invoice )
  • PayPal payment in advance of shipping

AVAILABILITY

We keep in stock around 95% products all year, so we can handle most orders already same day. This information can be found on all products. In the busiest months, it may happen that certain products are temporarily sold out or unavailable. In this case we will contact you with alternate solution that you will agree. We supply our store regularly.

 

5. RETURNS AND DAMAGES

Our goal is maximum customer´s satisfaction. In this spirit, we approach to the handling of complaints. All orders are carefully packed and content of packages fills fixation corpuscles. Despite our efforts to deliver the product to you without damaging it can happen that during transport and handling the damage will occure.

In case of damages, please contact us and we will arrange satisfactory solution for you.

Products purchased from us are accompanied by instructions from producer ( english labels ). On each product you will find expiration date. We guarantee that all products are purchased during the warranty period and good for use. If you plan to buy products for a longer period of time, please ask for information about the expiration date.
